Toon Tag - Map Recreation

Over the past few months, I've been chipping away at recreating a lesser known Toontown Tech Demo. This tech demo was titled "Toon Tag" and was located at Epcot from 1999 to 2007. Not too much was known about Toon Tag or what it looked like... until today.
